Privacy Policy
TurnZero LLC ("TurnZero", "we") is an Arizona limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: this website collects nothing on its own, and our app will only ever read your health data with your explicit permission, to power the game you asked it to power.
1. This website
turnzero.dev is a static site. It has no accounts, no forms, no advertising, and no analytics, and it sets no cookies of its own.
The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect against abuse, Cloudflare processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. That processing is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not receive or store that data ourselves.
If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can answer you and refer back to it. We do not add you to any mailing list.
2. ConquerRPG
ConquerRPG is a fitness role-playing game that is currently in development and has not been released. This section describes how it is designed to handle data. We will update this policy with full detail, including any third-party services, before the app is publicly available.
Health and activity data
The game turns real workouts into in-game progress. To do that it reads activity data such as heart rate and heart-rate zones, steps, workouts, and sleep. On iOS this comes from Apple HealthKit; on Android, from Health Connect. In both cases:
- Nothing is read until you grant permission, and you can revoke it at any time in your device settings. The game still runs without it; it just cannot score your training.
- Health data is used only to compute gameplay outcomes for you: damage, experience, and character progression.
- We do not sell health data, use it for advertising or marketing, or share it with data brokers. HealthKit data is never used for advertising, marketing, or data-mining purposes, and is not disclosed to third parties except as needed to provide the feature you enabled.
Account and gameplay data
If the app offers an account, we will store what is needed to run it: an identifier, your sign-in method, your character and progress, and your settings. We may collect crash reports and basic diagnostics to keep the app working; these do not include your health data.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not show third-party advertising.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
4. Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
5. Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@turnzero.dev and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we honour those on request.
6. Changes
When this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting ConquerRPG will also be announced in the app before they take effect.
